Bonjour, voici une recette toute simple et super bonne !
Gratin de pâtes aux légumes (2 à 3 pers.)
Ingrédients:
- 300 gr. de pâtes (au choix, mais je conseille les pennes ou les spirelli)
- légumes (au choix : dans cet exemple : chou fleur, brocoli, carotte, choux de Bxl, haricots verts, céleri, céleri-rave, petits pois, chou-rave, poireaux, oignons) --> pour la dose, il suffit de remplir votre plat en fonction des pâtes ...
- 1 berlingot de base préparée pour sauce tomate (Heinz, c'est pas mauvais)
- 2 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive (ou autre huile végétale pour les allérgiques
)
- 1 gros oignon finement haché
- 1 gousse d'ail écrasée
- Emmental (ou fromage à votre goût pour le gratin)
- poivre
1) Préchaufez le four sur 180°
2) Faites cuire vos légumes dans de l'eau salée (attention si ils sont congelés, faites les cuire congelés! Ceci afin de préserver un maximum les bienfaits d'origine
)
3) Hachez l'oignon, écrasez l'ail et faites revenir le tout dans l'huile d'olive à feu moyen.
4) Faites bouillir l'eau des pâtes et ajoutez le sel (pas trop).
5) Lorsque les légumes sont cuits, égoutez les et faites les revenir avec l'oignon et l'ail pendant environ 5 minutes.
6) Ajoutez ensuite la base tomatée au mélange de légumes.
7) Les pâtes sont cuites ? Alors on les mélange à tout le reste et poivrez!
Vous n'avez plus qu'à enfourner et ce jusqu'à ce que la couleur du gratin soit parfaite pour vous

P.s.: Pour l'accompagnement, j'y connais rien, je suppose qu'un vin rouge italien ferait l'affaire, sinon buvez de l'eau ou des soft, ça passe avec tout ! lol

- 2 soup spoons with olive oil (or another plant oil for the allergic ones
)
- 1 large finely chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- Emmental (or cheese with your taste for gratin)
- pepper
1) Preheat the oven on 180°C
2) Make cook your vegetables in salt water (attention if they are frozen, made cook them frozen! This in order to preserve a maximum benefits of origin;))
3) Chop onion, crush garlic and make return the whole in the olive oil on average fire.
4) Make boil the water of the pastes and add salt (not too much
).
5) When the vegetables are cooked, made them return with the onion and the garlic during approximately 5 minutes.
6) Add then the tomatoes base to the mixture of vegetables.
7) Are the pastes cooked? Then one mixes them with all the remainder and pepper!
Put cheese on the top and charge oven. This until the color of gratin is perfect for you
